Del 2 al 5 de octubre, el sector pastelero celebró en Barcelona una nueva edición de la feria EXPO NADAL.
Como en ediciones anteriores, esta feria tuvo lugar en las instalaciones de l’Escola de Pastisseria del Gremi de Barcelona. Además fue una vez más organizada por el Gremi de Pastisseria de la ciudad Condal.
Este año se han realizado nuevas actividades: de diseño, creatividad, elaboración y de negocio de empresa, pensadas exclusivamente para el sector. Como cada año, empresas ligadas directamente con la pastelería, presentaron las novedades de sus productos. Desde una simple cinta de presentación a los más avanzados programas informáticos. Pensados en exclusiva para el sector como es nuestro caso.
En la Aula Polivalente, Ezequiel Martí, realizó el Taller Coaching de El Pastelero y su Pastelería, un negocio profesional de referencia.
Foya, Klimt02 y el museo del Chocolate, realizaron exposición Jewels & Chocolate en el museo.
Dentro del marco Experiencia de negocio y empresa, se realizaron diferentes charlas sobre, Transformación digital de los negocios, Postres saludables, La pastelería son emociones, De hacer innovación, a ser innovador, nuevo enfoque y nuevo alcance y El Maestro pastelero y su marca personal, entre otras charlas que se impartieron durante los días de Expo Nadal 2017.
DIR Informàtica, ha estado un año más presente en el encuentro más dulce y profesional de la Pastelería, presentando sus últimas novedades, en las que hemos de destacar la puesta en marcha de los Cursos de formación masterpan® .
