DIR Informática, celebró el pasado 26 de mayo sus 30 años de dedicación exclusiva al sector, en un acto de agradecimiento a todos sus clientes por su confianza y fidelidad.
Dichos actos tuvieron lugar en el Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal, donde se congregó un gran número de clientes para compartir una intensa jornada, que arrancaba a las 10 de la mañana con la recepción de los invitados, seguida de la presentación de los nuevos cursos masterpan® ERP, un servicio creado con el objetivo de obtener por parte de los clientes el mayor rendimiento a sus programas. Se siguió con un maridaje de pan a cargo de Pere Fabregà, que en su calidad de Pannier explicó la importancia de presentar un pan adecuadamente y como informar al cliente de sus cualidades. Seguidamente Jesús Antolín, Director-Gerente de DIR Informática, explicó en un comprimido seminario técnico, como descubrir algunos módulos desconocidos del programa masterpan® ERP, entre ellos los de “Producción total”, “Hojas de amasada por productos”, o “Fidelización de cliente”, todos imprescindibles para al incremento de la productividad y las ventas.
Entre los invitados, se contó con la presencia entre otros de María Luisa Brazo de Sorghum, Santos Pérez de Pan Rústico y de Enric Salvadó de Pastisseria Salvat, quienes explicaron su satisfacción con los productos masterpan® ERP, y con el sistema de cobro Cashlogy.
La jornada incluía la invitación para compartir una comida de celebración, que una vez concluida, daría paso a la segunda parte de la jornada, que continuó con un segundo seminario técnico, esta vez dedicado a la “Mejora de la productividad en tu oficina”, como las vistas personalizadas, modelos de listados, nuevos módulos de Macros o los CUBOS ROLAP (indicadores de tu empresa).
Los actos finalizaron con la visualización de un video sobre la historia de DIR informática, la degustación de una magnífica tarta del 30 aniversario elaborada por Pastisseria Salvat de Sant Joan de les Abadesses (Girona), y foto final del acto.
