La Llesca d’Or 2018 – La Ruta del Buen Pan Barcelona
Después de visitar anónimamente más de 150 hornos, 35 maestros panader@s de Barcelona, fueron los seleccionados el pasado 9 de julio 2018. Pasaron a formar parte de la IV edición de La Ruta del Bon Pa de Barcelona – La Llesca d’Or 2018.
Los actos tuvieron lugar en Centre Cívic Fort Pienc de la ciudad condal. Con más de 200 asistentes al acto de entrega de premios, que el presente año le ha sido otorgado a D. Xavier Barriga del Forn Turris.
La ruta tiene como finalidad reconocer el trabajo de los artesanos que elaboran panes manteniendo la tradición, la calidad y la innovación.
Durante el acto se entregarán los diplomas a los Maestros Panaderos que han sido seleccionados para la Ruta del Buen Pan de la ciudad de Barcelona.
La Llesca d’Or al panadero/a del año de Barcelona, seleccionado a través de un jurado formado por profesionales del sector, periodistas gastronómicos, cocineros y otros expertos que previamente al acto, han hecho una cata y una valoración de la tarea desarrollada por el panadero en pro de la cultura del pan, para determinar el ganador.
La Llesca D’or, se otorga bajo una estricta valoración de un jurado formado por reconocidos panaderos nacionales e internacionales, que deben puntuar, vista, corteza, molla, suela, sabor y aroma, que se realiza en una cata de un pan de Pagès de medio kilo.
DIR Informática participó un año más en esta edición, que consolida a la Llesca D’or como un galardón de los más importantes del calendario anual del sector.
